New Era’s latest flagship store in Madrid marks a bold new chapter for the brand in Europe. Located on the iconic Gran Vía, this space is more than just a retail destination, it’s an immersive brand experience that blends sport, culture and fashion.
We were tasked with bringing their vision to life, creating a premium retail store that seamlessly integrates storytelling, product and heritage. The Challenge
New Era wanted a flagship store in Madrid that felt premium yet authentic, a space that would engage customers beyond just shopping. We wanted to create a retail environment that had a balanced but sleek, stadium-inspired aesthetic with interactive digital elements, all while ensuring the design could be seamlessly rolled out across multiple locations.

At the heart of the design is New Era's brand story, bringing their rich heritage and cultural influence to life. The space immerses customers in the brand’s legacy, from its deep-rooted connection to baseball to their influence on global streetwear.
Through dynamic digital content, bold visuals and carefully curated product displays, we created more than just a store, it’s a journey through New Era’s story, innovation and community impact. The layout was designed to guide customers on a journey, seamlessly blending the brand’s authenticity with its quality, forward-thinking, trendy identity.
