We were asked recently to come in to the Giant flagship store at St. Pauls to re-imagine the in-store experience.

This retail tuning involved re-mapping the consumer journey to not only display the product in a more appealing and consumer-led way, but to create a set of bespoke display systems that can be moved and manipulated that not only keeps the consumers journey fresh and engaging but give Giant the freedom to change the leading story easily.

Influenced by Instagram and other social platforms, the in-store experience now centres around telling a story and visually merchandising in a way that is both engaging and easily digestible.
