A brand model built on community and lifestyle.
What we did:
Giant is the worlds largest manufacturer of bicycles. They are also one of the worlds best known bike brands. Since 2009, we have been elevating the brand spaces in retail, head office, events, print and digital.
We began with designing a global retail model with an emphasis on the cycling community, bringing the purpose of the brand to the forefront. Our strategy was to create product presentations to suit a riders style, with bikes presented in negative space, or elevated to present value through considered visual merchandising.
International Retail Toolkit
Adopting principles and design for international consistency.
The UK is one of Giant’s high performing markets along with the US and Australia. Our collaboration was recognised as the best performing retail model which the brand adopted for it's international retail principles and bespoke manufactured display systems.
Traditional tailoring for fitted performance
Our digital team worked closely and developed a bespoke Powerfit Studio in every store – a dedicated bike sitting area, which contains a bespoke interface system powered by Wattbike for an enriched consumer experience. Tailoring the bike to fit it's rider for peak performance.
